Position: Salesperson - Performance Automotive Components Toyota/Lexus, Supra ,V8 Sport Compact Parts Sales. Part-Time (28 hour’s week min. with full-time potential within 90 days)

Due to our success we’re hiring again for an aggressive sales professional! We have an excellent opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and who’s an absolute self-starter and because this is a home (cloud) based position, you must be highly disciplined with your work habits (you know how to work effectively without direct onsite management).

We're looking for an aggressive sales person with outstanding customer service skills, who can develop new business, is creative and willing to work hard.

You should have the confidence to help drive sales, prospect for new business (via forums, car shows, races, direct calling old customers) and love what you do. We were the first state-of-the-art cloud based enterprise in our industry, but with a brick and mortar personality.

This means you can live anywhere in the USA (if in Florida all the better), as long as you own a broadband connected smart phone and computer, you can service and sell to the clientele we have from all over the world.

The online and telephone sales business in the sport compact performance market is aggressive with many companies coming and going every year. We've been here for 15+ years and continue to grow, along with all of our original staff.

Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary $1000/Month, + Industries highest commissions, + Sliding Scale Profit Bonus Plan that pays very well, No Cap on pay. Meet your targets double your pay.

You don’t have to be a Supra expert, as we can train someone with automotive experience and sales. If you do have the experience (even as a hobbyist) all the better.

Responsibilities (flexible depending upon positional growth):

Prospect for new customers via multiple channels (phone, email, direct marketing programs, forums, car shows/races., etc).

Man the phones when on your shift (shifts are flexible and driven by you), as our customers call 18 hours a day, six-days per week.

Coordinate with our customer service staff to always to “always-know” status of any order for your customers.

In-coming and outgoing telephone sales.

Provide product knowledge and benefits to purchasing a particular component and working with SupraStore.com as your one-stop source for parts and supplies.

Increasing our existing number-one market share in 7M,1JZ, 2JZ & MK3/MKIV & V8 product sales

Communicate with SupraStore.com management on sales ideas and strategies (we want to hear what you have to say).

Upload order details to our cloud based system for processing by our store manager.

Develop new wholesale suppliers to support our sales growth and to help meet customer expectations for deliverables.

Aggressive and creative marketing professional

Requirements for Position:

Excellent sales and communication skills, with an understanding of customer service skills.

Knowledge/Experience in performance parts sales (Supra Parts and Components Helpful, but not mandatory).

Self-motivation is critical as you have the possibility of working anywhere within the Continental United States (at home).

Confident team-player who wants to be (“great”) to drive new sales

Personal computer skills, social media & internet savvy. Must have a personal computer and smart phone with a reliable always-on internet connection
