Sales tax is only charged within the state of Florida, which means if you are outside the State of Florida you are saving significantly!

Our standard shipping is via Federal Express, this includes North America and International. All parts in stock are usually shipped within one-two business days. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery on items that are out of stock. Please email the store if you want to check stock. All parts available online are not always in stock. In the event there is a nationwide backorder of a part from the manufacturer you will be notified by one of our customer care advocates.

Order Processing Times:

Most orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped within 24 hrs.

Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

Q)Is SupraStore's price for shipping outside of the USA all inclusive? Does it include duties and taxes?

A) SupraStore's price for international freight includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by customs in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of our clients to pay upon receipt of the goods. Please see your local customs office to get more specifics.


If you order a product with 3 day shipping, it does not mean that in 3 days you will receive your part. It means that once the item is shipped, it is shipped via expedited 2 or 3 days shipping depending on what you selected. Please contact us ahead of time if you are in a rush for a part.


Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $6.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by our freight company and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.


The US Postal Service is the only courier we use which will ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will not provide delivery confirmation for such packages. Although we have had great success with APO shipping, It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package.

Our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge.

If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO location.

International Shipping (Outside Canada and USA)

We ship everywhere! Our international business is a strong component of our overall sales. We shipped to over 45 countries the past year alone and see this portion of our business to show continued growth for the future.

For international shipping quotes please email and provide us with a postal code,city and country as well as the goods you wish to purchase and we will provide you with a quote. We ship FED-X exclusively for its international reputation and reliability.


There are times and circumstances when a customer would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to somewhere besides the address listed on their credit card statement.

On our order form, we request that the billing and shipping address be the same. The reason we do this is for credit card and address verification purposes. We do this to minimize fraud. The credit card company will simply state that the transaction is an exact match when all is good.

If the shipping address is NOT listed in your credit card data base with the credit card company, then the response will come back as an "address mismatch". We cannot complete the order with address mismatches. A customer care representative will email and telephone you and ask that you either add a secondary shipping address or ship to your billing address as on the credit card.

How hard is it to add a secondary shipping address?

This is very simple to do. Simply telephone your credit card company (800#) and inform them you wish to add a secondary shipping address onto your account. This process will take 5 minutes and then we will be able to ship to any address you have added to your account. This protects you against fraud and helps us process and ship your order in a timely fashion.

In many cases, it might be possible (and usually faster) to update this information online via your financial institution.
