This O-ring goes on the bottom of the upper water neck on 2JZ-GTE engines (both VVTi and non). Over time, they harden, break, and leak. We always recommend having a spare one handy, especially if you're doing a single turbo conversion and are modifying the water neck or replacing it with one of ours!
