Customers have turned in dyno sheets of 450-500+whp @ 18psi on pump gas on the older design SP61GT!!! This turbo is easily efficient up to and beyond 30psi. We are very excited to see the results from the ALL NEW Precision CEA Billet line-up!!

This Sound Performance/Precision turbo uses:
Exclusive CEA (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) compressor wheel machined from a 2618-aluminum forging
Higher efficiency and faster transient response for maximum power and performance
Available with either a Hydrodynamic 360° thrust bearing system, or a dual ceramic ball-bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA)


Options:
The SP MKIII Bolt-on Turbo is available in many sizes. Choose from the following Precision Turbo CEA internals:
5557 CEA (570HP rating)
5857 CEA (605HP rating)
5862 CEA (640HP rating)
6262 CEA (705HP rating)


Precision Turbo Nomenclature:
Ex) 5557 CEA: In this turbo, the compressor inlet/inducer (air coming into the compressor housing through the intake) has a 55mm diameter and the turbine exducer (air exiting the turbine housing through the downpipe) has a 57mm diameter. This is true throughout these turbo selections.

Note: The 67mm wheel is no longer available. If you plan to use the stock manifold and this bolt-on turbo, chances are you won't want the extra lag from a 67mm. If you want to run a larger turbo than what is available here, we recommend using an aftermarket manifold and turbo with a T4 flange.

If you are not comfortable fabricating oil lines for your setup, let us do it for you!! This option is shown, as this turbo will not work with factory CT26 oil lines. This turbo is also available in Waterless Dual Ball Bearing as shown. No water lines required!!
