Clean, simple, easy-to-install and the 1,000,000 mile K&N lifetime filter. A simple cost-effective modification. The Filtercharger Injection Performance Kit is a bolt-on intake filter which is more efficient than the stock filter housing. The stock box is engineered to supress noise, so it does not have optimal flow, it's restrictive to the air intake system. The FIPK for the Supra bolts directly to the AFM and replaces the entire air box.

The design of the filter allows the air to be pulled in all around it, not like the stock box which has a single snorkel inlet. The filter is also designed to straighten the airflow, which can intake air faster than an open pipe in some cases. The accordian design of the filter element exposes five times the filter furface area than the circumference of the filter body! The filtering element is oil-coated cotton, which is lees prone to material breakdown than foam-type filters. The filter is washable and is re-oiled after cleaning, which is the foundation of K&N's million mile warranty. You will never need to replace this filter.

Installation is a 15 minute affair with basic hand tools.
