This is made specifically for those looking to run power steering with aftermarket intake manifolds like the PHR CNC Intake, Virtual Works Racing, SS Royal Chamber, or Hypertune. This power steering kit clears the manifold and fits perfectly, tucked away from the large plenums. Works great with factory intake manifolds as well.
This Deluxe Power Steering Reservoir is the only tank for featuring a 100 micron filter built into the tank to keep harmful particles out of the power steering system.
No core required, reducing costs and down time. Installs in minutes. Also available is the Expert series that upgrades the standard hoses to black braided PTFE/Teflon hose and crimp fittings!
-10 AN CNC pump fitting is included, and also available separately. Power steering pump and/or reservoir is also available separately.
Standard size is this slim fit for when clearance is tight, such as with HyperTune intake manifolds and our SupraStore Royal Chamber manifolds.
Powerhouse Racing has now introduced their first full billet power steering tank. This tank is a beautiful product that will look great in any engine bay. Cap and bottom of tank are anodized black, and the cap is etched with the PHR logo. Fittings are also anodized black to give a great contrasting look. Made from solid 6061 aluminum.
Comes with mounting tabs, which are removable, or you can bolt on your own brackets to fit your application.
The return fitting is is a -6 AN which can be replaced if ever damaged, or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -6 ORB)
The outlet (bottom) fitting is a -10 AN which can be which can be replaced if ever damaged or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -10 ORB)
The cap features an o-ring seal and spring boss to keep the filter in place.
The tank features a stainless filter that is fully serviceable and keeps debris and contaminants out of your power steering system to help avoid premature wear of the pump or steering rack. The filter can be removed easily by unthreading the bottom of the tank. You can purchase replacement filters from us or PHR directly.
