Are these the right cams for me? GSC Power-Division S1 Cams

These cams are a great option for anyone making, or looking to make up to 750hp on their 2JZ-GTE. They broaden the power curve without losing bottom end power. If you are making over 750hp, or plan on making over 750hp, you should consider stepping up to the S2 cam, which will better utilize that powerband.

GSC Power-Division S1 Camshafts are designed for upgraded turbo setups larger than 57mm. These camshafts are designed to increase air flow at upper RPM without sacrificing low end power. These cams promote a flat and broad torque curve and depending on the turbocharger, have proven to pick up 40-70whp gains. The RPM range that these cams are designed to improve is 3500-8000rpm.

A valvespring upgrade is suggested when using these cams. We offer a single spring upgrade that can be used with the factory retainers, or a full dual spring and retainer kit for high rpm abuse.

The engine idles only slightly rougher than stock with these cams so the car will still be very streetable.

Are these the right cams for me? GSC S2 274/274 Cams

These cams are designed to increase efficiency in the 750-1000whp range. They show the most productive gains when used with turbo setups over 71mm. They broaden the power curve without losing bottom end power. If you are making over 750hp, or plan on making over 750hp, you should consider stepping up to the S2 cam, which will better utilize that powerband.

The GSC Power-Division S2 Camshafts are designed to increase peak power on engines with upgraded turbo setups larger than 70mm. These camshafts are designed to increase air flow at higher rpm in 750-1000whp applications. They promote a flatter and broader torque curve and depending on the turbocharger, have proven to pick up 60-100whp gains. The RPM range that these cams are designed to improve is 4000-8500rpm.

A valve spring upgrade is required when using these cams. We offer a single spring upgrade that can be used with the factory retainers, or a full dual spring and retainer kit for high rpm abuse.

The idle is rougher than stock with these cams.

Are these the right cams for me? GSC S3 294/294 Cams

These cams are designed to increase efficiency in the 1100+ whp range. They show the most productive gains when used with large turbo drag setups, preferably using methanol fuel and revving to 11k rpm. If you are building a high power street car, you might consider using the S2 cam. This is the largest GSC Cam available for the 2JZ-GTE and is designed for track-only race applications.

The GSC Power-Division S3 Camshafts are a race-only application designed to increase peak torque on large turbo drag race setups. They are designed to increase air flow up to 11,000rpm in 1100+ whp applications.

A valvespring upgrade is required when using these cams. We offer a full dual spring and retainer kit for high rpm abuse.

Some clearancing of the heads is required to use these cams.

The idle is noticeably rougher with these cams.

Single Valve Spring Kit works with the factory retainers, so all that is done is to remove the current springs and replace. 75lbs of seat pressure.

Dual Spring Kit also includes Titanium Retainers and requires professional fitment. 91lb of seat pressure. Please note that the dual spring kit will NOT fit the 1JZ head
